You can drink coffee with or after a meal, but avoid it on an empty stomach.

Tip #5: Include the colors of the rainbow in your diet
Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fibers, and their colors indicate various nutrients. Ayurvedic medicine recommends eating fruits and vegetables with the colors of the rainbow to obtain these beneficial nutrients.
